As an alternative, you can expect to find used chairs for half the cost if you have time to check your local classifieds.
Amongst the wide range of occasional chairs available today the wingback chair has perhaps the most enduring pedigree. Few people browsing for furniture for their home today realise that the wing chair has a history spanning hundreds of years. Bamboo is always a safe option because it blends well with any pre-existing carpet color scheme and comes in a variety of colors to match your hardwood floors.
